This event is a gathering for women to come together to connect, unwind and get wild and free within your BODY, HEART AND SOUL, AS A WOMAN, for women, by women.

​

Join us at the Redlynch Community Hall for a time of connecting into your body, yourself, your senses, your spirit and other women, through connection circle, movement, breath, dance, sound. Through the physical AND the emotional, spiritual, mental.

​

Let's reset and nourish as we honor the light within each of us. Whether your inner flame is burning bright or just a flicker that needs some tender loving care and support, you will be welcome into this space.​​​

 

As women, we need time to slow down, feel into ourselves, express ourselves and be nourished and replenished for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

 

If we don't take this time we can easily become depleted and empty. Which serves no one. By taking regular self nourishment time this aids not only our own wellbeing but also means we have more capacity to better serve our families, our partners, our communities, our work, our passions, our causes, our world.

 

​The focus of this morning session is giving space for healthy, wholesome expression, authenticity, feeling into self and using embodied tools that can aid us in healing and nourishing ourselves (and then thus also others).

 

This morning sessions includes sacred women's talking and listening circle, a guided dance journey and a medicine drum and vocal sound journey where you lay back, rest and receive.

• It will be a time to be nourished.

• To express yourself.

• To RESET.

• To be connected and restored.

• To just be you and be where you are at.

Please arrive with time to settle in so we can start on time.

Bring

*Bottle of water.

*Cushion or Bolster.

*Mat to lay on during relaxation and a blanket to wrap yourself in if you'd like to be extra cosy.

*Any other props to make yourself comfortable.

 

 

Dress

Please wear clothes you can comfortably dance, laugh, sit and lay on the floor in.

Layers recommended so you can shed as you heat up during dance and cover up if you need during sound journey relaxation.

For those who don't have $$ you can contribute with...
Home grown garden produce, fresh eggs, baked goods, indoor and outdoor plants, flower plants or fruit trees in pots, professional services like body or energy work, hair cuts, home cleaning or garden work, clean the venue floor before and after the event, poster drops, admin jobs, filming video content, video editing, working with me to make content for socials etc.

* Special note on contributions*

Please note your contribution won't be monitored, there will be a contribution table and money box set up at the event on the day ~ DO PLEASE be kind, thoughtful and feel into what feels to be a fair (and doable) contribution for you. I'm a single sole care mama (with no biological family close by) and to run the event there are many expenses including needing to hire the hall, light refreshments that are served at the end of the session, music, marketing and paying a baby sitter to care for my daughter while the session is on etc. 

​

You receive as much as you invest into yourself. I invite you to feel into your heart and spirit to guide you in this and as you bring your contribution to the contribution table offer it also up to spirit.

"I have been to many of Kathy’s Women’s Circles and recently joined her Ancestral Women Circle and Dance Journey. As usual, it hit a beautiful target in me. I was feeling quite separate and unsociable when I arrived after a hard week, but listening to the other women share in circle drew so much compassion from me. The same aches, pains and breakthroughs of waking up to who we are and healing our wounds and those of our ancestors.
