This event is a gathering for women to come together to RESET and to NOURISH and CONNECT your BODY, HEART AND SOUL, AS A WOMAN, for women, by women.

​

Join us at the Redlynch Community Hall for a time of RESETTING, through connection, laughter, movement, breath, dance, sound. Through the physical AND the emotional, spiritual, mental.

​

Let's reset and nourish as we honor the light within each of us. Whether your inner flame is burning bright or just a flicker that needs some tender loving care and support, you will be welcome into this space.

​

This special event is a space for connection, resetting, healing, and most importantly, simply BEING. A sacred space where you will be welcome to come as you are. Where honestly and vulnerability and feeling is welcome. And where movement, transformation and connection is also invited to take place.​

​

As women, we need time to slow down, feel into ourselves, express ourselves and be nourished and replenished for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

 

If we don't take this time we can easily become depleted and empty. Which serves no one. By taking regular self nourishment time this aids not only our own wellbeing but also means we have more capacity to better serve our families, our partners, our communities, our work, our passions, our causes, our world.

 

​The focus of this morning session is giving space for healthy, wholesome expression, authenticity, feeling into self and using embodied tools that can aid us in healing and nourishing ourselves (and then thus also others).

 

This morning sessions includes sacred women's talking and listening circle, a guided dance and sound journey and a bonus mini laughter yoga (body based laughter) session.

• It will be a time to be nourished.

• To express yourself.

• To RESET.

• To be connected and restored.

• To just be you and be where you are at.

Space for up to 16 women (plus crew) to join me in this special event.

​

*Cushion or Bolster.

*Mat to lay on during relaxation and a blanket to wrap yourself in if you'd like to be extra cosy.

*Any other props to make yourself comfortable.

 

 

Dress

Please wear clothes you can comfortably dance, laugh, sit and lay on the floor in.

Layers recommended.

I am open to trade goods and services. Think you have nothing to trade. I'm a single sole care mama so even help around the home or yard is really valuable. Home grown garden produce, fresh eggs, baked goods, indoor and outdoor plants, flower plants or fruit trees in pots, professional services like body or energy work, hair cuts, home cleaning or garden work, clean the venue floor before and after the event, poster drops, admin jobs, filming video content, video editing, working with me to make content for socials etc.

"I have been to many of Kathy’s Women’s Circles and recently joined her Ancestral Women Circle and Dance Journey. As usual, it hit a beautiful target in me. I was feeling quite separate and unsociable when I arrived after a hard week, but listening to the other women share in circle drew so much compassion from me.
