Throughout the ages women have gathered to nourish themselves and each other, share, connect, rejuvenate, let go, celebrate, discuss sacred women's business and honour the feminine flow, moon time and ages and stages of womanhood. 

In our modern world however for many of us this ritual and celebration has been forgotten, repressed and lost.

 

Join us to reconnect, empower and celebrate that wonderful womanly aspect of you, once again.

 

 

What Happens at our Women's Retreat Day?

Upon arrival as you relax in and choose to enjoy either an organic coffee or herbal tea in the beautiful Balinese style gardens at the gorgeous Bamboo Buddha as you settle into enjoying a day all about you.

During the morning Kathy will guide you on a journey of RELEASE to begin the journey of letting go, melting and softening the layers of tension and emotional holding using releasing techniques including laughter, dance, movement and breathwork that help us take down our walls and reconnect to our inner magic, feminity and shine.

For lunch you will have an opportunity to relax and connect with the other beautiful goddesses sharing the journey with you over a delicious vegetarian lunch.

In afternoon is all about soul nourishment, REJUVENATION and deep rest. A chance for you to simply BE and enjoy yourself as a woman, in sacred space.

 

You will be given the opportunity to be gently and femininly creative, and then guided into intergration and deep rest with restorative yoga, relaxation and an ancient medicine drum sound journey meditation.
