This sacred woman time circle includes talking circle, and guided practices with movement, breath and sound and then a guided meditation to support and nurture the connection between you and your body as a woman with the great mumma earth.

Come to connect and rejuvenate your body and soul and see how beautifully she (YOU) is reflected in nature.

Come to connect with your ancestors and spirit guides.

Come to soften and melt and open the place in you that have become hardened and tight and heavy.

Come to release, to shed, to transform, to heal, to nourish, to be nurtured in sacred women's space, to dream and CONNECT deeper into yourself as a woman and deeper into mother earth ...

all of your body, heart and spirit.

 

Come to a space where your wholeness and brokenness and diversity and wildness and uniqueness and everything in between all shades of light and dark and shadow as a woman are welcome and can be celebrated.

*A note on time. As we enter into the feminine field of energy we also enter a different dimension of time. For this purpose if you can please allow yourself at least an extra half an hour for finishing as we often go about half an hour over however if you do need to depart the space right on the scheduled time please let me know prior to the event or as you arrive on the night so I can ensure we are set up for you to do so.

Bring

Bottle of water, mat to lay on and cushion. Blanket if you need one for during guided meditation and drum journey. And a towel or sarong.

 

Optional bring any crystals/totem items/nature items that you would like to place on the alter during the Red Tent.

 

Dress as a WILD WOMAN, a GODDESS OR wear something RED. Wear clothes you will be comfortable clothes you can sit and lay in. Layers recommended.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelations within 72 hours of event are non-refundable, however you can choose to either pay it forward towards another sister who cannot afford to come or a credit can be given to you that you can use towards a future sacred woman time circle/dance journey, training or retreat with Kathy.

About Kathy Popplewell

Nature lover, dancer, writer, facilitator, women's sacred space holder, creative goddess, gardener and wild woman dreaming medicine woman.

 

Kathy is an experienced mind-body and fitness professional with over 10 years experience in the mind-body and fitness industries and in facilitating sacred women's circles. She is a qualified and experienced Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Laughter Yoga Teacher, and more recently completed her Akasic Earth Training.

 

Throughout her career as well as teaching her popular yoga classes at multiple Fitness First health and fitness clubs in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and CBD and Elixr mindbody health centre in Bondi Junction, she has regularly presented to fellow industry professionals at Filex, Australia's cutting edge International Fitness Convention, been a popular presenter at Being Woman Festival, Evolve Yoga and Wellbeing Festival and Peats Ridge Festival; toured the east coast of Australia with her Vibrance Laughter Tours and run her 2 day Certified Laughter Yoga Leadership Trainings in Melbourne, Sydney, Central Coast, Port Macquarie, the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

 

In 2010 & 2011 Kathy ran her Celebrating Womanhood Conference in the Gold Coast which attracted women from all over Australia.

 

Kathy has also been hired as a professional speaker by corporations including ADSSI, The Benevolent Society, Carers NSW, Crunch Female Fitness, Families NSW, Homecare, Housing NSW, Mission Australia and New Horizons to present on Laughter, Relaxation and Workplace Wellbeing for staff members.

 

Her articles on health and fitness have also been published in Fitness First Magazine and in the Australian Fitness Network's industry publication, Network Magazine.

 

Originally from the Central Coast NSW, Kathy made her way up to far north in 2012 on her 'loving life' tour around Australia however she never made it past the Daintree Rainforest where she fell in love. Going against all her logical insticts and following her soul guidance she came to live on a remote and isolated off grid property on the never never furthest reaches of the Daintree Rainforest which is only accessable by 4wd where she has been on an extended vision n soul quest since (in between visits back to her original hometown on the Central Coast of NSW visiting friends and rounds of caring for her parents), living back to basics and connecting with her inner medicine woman on the land, on country and in the jungles of the rainforest.

 

Nurturing her tender Daintree Love dream seeds into little seedlings which are now getting their roots down she shares her wild woman dreaming medicine woman offerings in Cairns, QLD and down on the Central Coast of NSW when she can and is looking forward to finally starting her small group wild woman dreaming camps on country up where she lives this winter in 2017.
